Since its launch in 1958 Bartletts have developed a reputation for offering a reliable and professional service. Our company has been built on the strength of our service department, now employing some 50 service engineers strategically placed through out the South West.
Our experience in the field of laundry maintenance is very broad and encompasses every sector, from launderettes to hotels right down to domestic installations.
Bartletts recognise the critical importance of maintaining excellent working order at all times. In the event of a system failure, our service department guarantee a swift response, including a full 24 hour, 365 days per year emergency service.
Whilst all service contracts are tailored to individual customer requirements, we offer two standard contracts;
Silver contract
Under a silver contract we fully service all equipment covered twice per annum (at six monthly intervals) All labour costs on any break down call outs are then at a preferential rate. parts would be chargeable.
Gold contract
Our gold contract has all the benefits of the silver contract with the addition of all labour charges included on any break down call outs. Parts would remain chargeable.
