Each drawer has a drain plate which stops the fish standing in its own liquor - this does not drain into the cabinet but must be washed out when the drawer is emptied.

The cabinets have a drain to the front for defrosting and cleaning only. All cabinets are manual defrost, approximately once a week depending on usage.

Refrigeration - A sealed system with static rear mounted condenser, no fans, no maintenance required - CFC free refrigeration

Temperature   -1C to +2C for normal fresh fish, keeps lower or higher temperature with adjustment of mechanical thermostat.

A dial thermometer is fitted as standard to all cabinets, two to the double door models.

Drawer Size    22.2" x 14.8" x 4"   ( 565mm  x 376mm x 100mm )

Allow an extra 1" ( 25mm ) to width for when door is open - 2" ( 50mm ) for double door cabinets.

All double door cabinets have separate units and thermostats so each side can be used independently
